Exclude surcharges from Total unpaid balance
Total unpaid balance should not include payment surcharge (and tax if any, and anything that is paid by site admin) because if e.g. I use paypal to process payment and add payment surcharge to cover paypal fee, the paypal fee is paid by me as the paypal account owner, not by the vendor. кажется, логично, не?
