Year,Make,Model filter for car parts and accessories using AJAX so all categories are filtered to only show products that are applicable for there car as they browse the store. The Models shown depends on which Make is selected. For instance, if Chevrolet is chosen for Make, Models would be Corvette, Camaro, Silverado, Volt etc.

I really like the top menu (mega menu) in V3, but would love to be able to link to a standard text page within the site or other site without having to hard code the navigation or add a not seen link on the bottom of the page.

It will be nice to fix bugs(upgrade) from Upgrade center, and inform users when the some BugFix is done.

I have noticed, that if in admin enabling option "Agree with terms and conditions" there is no where to write terms, always need to modify CSC like shown in http://kb2.cs-cart.com/adding-termsandconditions. [^]
In next CSC and MVE it would be nice to have possibility create terms page and link agree button to it.

I just saw the demo of your script and was lot impressed. The only thing dragging me behind from buying the script is "the payment gateways". There is not even a single payment gateway which supports the banks in India. It would be a lot helpful if you can integrate "ccavenue" or "ebs" payment gateways.

There are many profile fields that are useful to administrators, but don't need to be seen by customers:

Examples:

- Date account approved
- Type of customer
- Staff only notes on customer
- Account application received flag
- Account status

There are many more, but the show/hide field functionally should apply only to the customer view, not the administrator view.

Please let me know if it is possible to create deals of the day with countdown timer in CS cart with an add on.. Currently i was able to find 4 addons but look wise that is not at all good.

Would love to have the option to select RANDOM Filling for Featured Items Block. This way my home page changes items on every visit.

The big one here is the inability of CS-Cart to handle products that are being tracked inventory levels. Having to manually manage products using exceptions is ridiculous. Out of stock products should be greyed out and not selectable in the drop down list on the product page.

Also if you want to view stock levels at a given time when your products are all being tracked with options, you can't. You can not even export product data and view the correct amount of stock for each product.

Major flaws.

Add the ability to specify a replacement product for discontinued products. When the customer arrives at the discontinued product page, he would be notified that the product is discontinued with a link to the current product displayed.

Ideally, one should be able to add a new shipping method and declare it as "In-Store Pickup".

They key to this is that it would ignore products' shipping freight field.

Say for example, you offer free shipping on orders over $50. There should be a message in the shopping cart that says; "Spend xx more dollars to qualify for free shipping!"
When the shipping threshold has been met, the message says; "Congratulations, you've qualified for free shipping!"
This feature is available in some other cart software and is a good incentive for the customer to spend more.
