ADMIN: Modify product options inventory view for easier view/data entry

The current vertical structure of the product options inventory page makes it difficult to review and adjust inventory levels. It would be much easier to use if the layout were horizontal similar to the product options variants,

        Also current sorting look like based on the Qty. There are no way to select any other sorting views. If CS-cart can add sorting view dropdown box like front-end category page, that will be more perfect!
