Random Filling for Blocks

Would love to have the option to select RANDOM Filling for Featured Items Block. This way my home page changes items on every visit.

        This is a feature of Interspire Shopping Cart that I wish CS-Cart would include. For a product you can select a field called "Featured". Selected "featured" products would randomly display on the Home page. Banners should also be randomized.
