  This is here already, right? There is an add-on for both olark and zopim available for free on the forum (done by cs-cart) - I wonder if it also works for version 3 though.

  It looks alot better if it didnt show how many operators are online and available - looks so unprofessional if your operator is only 1 or 2. It's nicer if you just see it's online and then your chat window tells you how many other customers are qeuing before you. Try hostgator.com support chat for example, it really customer friendly and smooth.
