  Yes I like it, you can do this already though. Do a search for PHP csv to XML
  Just create a data feed and run the script when you want to upload, or make a cron job to run both.

  how about exposing a web services/soap/xml interface? then you can let anyone integrate with cs-cart how they want. check out http://php.net/manual/en/book.soap.php
