Ability to configure one and or multi-page checkout. Possibly, using the blocks concept for each element. And, not overwritten when upgrading.

        Yes, I want one page checkout but with registration. Registration/Log-In should be presented, if they choose to log-in (existing customer) it takes them to one page checkout but with more options such as links to add additional addresses, etc (still one page).

        If they are un-registered, just show them a standard one page check-out no links to add additional addresses, update profile, etc. As I am not interested in storing addresses of folks who do not buy anything which is why I took the register button off the site. I don't care about them registering, I care about them buying.
