Allow gift wrapping for purchases on checkout. Configure gift wrapping cost via an addon or in the core admin settings

I've come up with a possible solution. Not perfect but works really well as a 'wrap my entire order for $x'

The problem with adding a gift wrapping option on individual products is that you can't remove them all without having to delete the option from each product if you don't want it anymore. What if you want to wrap your entire order? The perception for customers is that you imply that only one product will be wrapped.

What is wrong with simply adding an option to individual products called "Gift Wrapping", Price $1.00 rather than bloating the software core with extras that are not really needed?

Would like additional Options, if possible. Can't gift wrap some items, so would not want it to be an option for products globally. Cost of gift wrap may be different depending on size of package. Possibly integrate text for a gift card.
