        NO TO FLASH!

        YES TO JAVASCRIPT!

Uploading 20+ images is just soooo tedious!
Please improve this feature - it would tak less than 20 minutes to implement into ALL uploading sections!

Display total file size of upload.
Display current file size being uploaded.
Display progress of current file being uploaded.
Display progress of total files + queue being uploaded!

There are scripts and modules that do this already that are FREE!
        Thanks guys!

I agree, It's urgent!!!! we need something to know when an image is uploading. Sometimes upload 5 images is like a nightmare.

        IT'S BASIC!!!!
I don't know why this wonderful system doesn't have any kind of indication of progress when you upload an image.
        What a BIG mistake!!

In my opinion, a progress bar with Ajax will be the best option.

Yes! But unless it's made using flash, which is very proprietary and not universal, it would require APC Cache installed for PHP to do it. Only issue is that conflicts with Zend Optimizer and many people can't simply select what extensions are installed.

Though CSC seems to like writing all their own stuff rather than using anything pre-made.

When a customer uploads a file (normally a photo), they have no visual on how the upload is going - it's progress. Many customers have commented on this as other sites provide this simple function.

I would like to see a bar similar to this:
        http://encodable.com/filechucker/

On testing the current Cs-Cart function, testers have commented...

        "is it working?"
        "how long will it take?"
"how come you cant show me the progress, it's very annoying"
